Who is responsible for your data
This website and the Lantern Studio brand are operated by Treum Algotech (OPC) Private Limited, India ("we"). For anything related to your personal data, contact srijan@treumalgotech.in.
What we collect
- Contact details — your name, email address and phone number when you email us, message us on WhatsApp, book a call via Calendly, or make a payment.
- Project information — whatever you share with us to scope and deliver your project.
- Technical basics — standard server logs from our hosting provider (Vercel). We do not run advertising trackers.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card and bank details go directly to Razorpay — we never see or store them. Razorpay's own privacy policy applies to data you enter at checkout. We receive only the payment confirmation, the amount, and the contact details you provide on the payment page.
How we use your data
- To respond to you, scope and deliver your project, and invoice you.
- To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations that apply to an Indian company exporting services.
We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing you haven't asked for.
Third parties we rely on
Razorpay (payments), Vercel (hosting), Calendly (scheduling), WhatsApp (messaging) and Google Fonts (typefaces). Each processes only what is needed for its function.
Retention
We keep engagement records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet Indian legal and tax retention requirements, then delete them.
Your rights
Email srijan@treumalgotech.in to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and we'll act on it promptly.
