Everything we sell is delivered digitally
Lantern Studio provides services only — website design and build sprints, AI workflow audits, AI-automation builds and retainers, and AI-video production. Nothing physical is ever shipped, so there are no shipping charges, couriers, or delivery addresses involved.
How delivery happens
- Websites are delivered as a staging link for your review, then deployed live to your own domain and hosting on acceptance. Full ownership, including source files, transfers on final payment.
- AI workflow audits are delivered as a live call plus a written findings document sent to your email.
- Automation builds are delivered deployed into your own accounts and tools, with a written handover document.
- AI-video productions are delivered as digital video files via a private download link or shared drive.
Delivery timelines
- Website sprints: staging handover within 10 working days of your deposit clearing and your inputs (brief, content, access) being in. If handover is late because of us, we credit US$100 per full working day of delay, up to US$500.
- Automation builds and AI-video productions: the delivery timeline is fixed in your written scope (Statement of Work) and agreed before any payment is requested.
- AI workflow audits: the session is scheduled at booking, and the written findings follow the session.
Where we deliver
All services are provided remotely and are available to clients worldwide, including the United States, the United Kingdom, and India.
Delivery issues
If anything you have paid for has not reached you on the agreed timeline, email srijan@treumalgotech.in with your payment reference and we will resolve it, or refund undelivered work per our Refunds & Cancellation policy.
