Who we are
Lantern Studio ("Lantern", "we") is the web design and AI automation studio brand of Treum Algotech (OPC) Private Limited, a company registered in India. All contracts are entered into with, and all payments are made to, Treum Algotech (OPC) Private Limited — that is the name you will see at checkout and on your card statement.
Services
We provide fixed-scope website design and build sprints, AI workflow audits, fixed-scope automation build sprints, and an optional monthly growth (SEO & content) programme.
How an engagement starts
- Every engagement begins with a short fit call and a one-page written scope (Statement of Work) accepted by both sides. No work starts, and no payment is requested, before the scope is agreed in writing.
- For website sprints, you first approve a homepage design direction. If it isn't right, either side can walk away and you owe US$0.
Fees and payment
- Prices are quoted and billed in US dollars unless your scope states otherwise.
- Fixed-scope sprints are billed 50% as a deposit to start and 50% at staging acceptance, before handover.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay, either on our published payment page or through a payment link created for your order. Client-specific payment links expire 48 hours after issue (one extension on request).
- The hybrid website plan is billed as a setup fee plus twelve monthly payments, invoiced monthly.
- Card or currency conversion fees shown at checkout are borne by the client unless the scope states otherwise.
Delivery
- The 10-working-day sprint clock starts when your deposit has cleared and your inputs (brief, content, access) are in.
- If staging handover is late because of us, we credit US$100 per full working day of delay, up to US$500.
Revisions and changes
Included revisions are defined in your scope. Work outside the agreed scope — extra pages, e-commerce, integrations, migrations, accelerated delivery — is quoted and agreed in writing before it starts.
Ownership
On receipt of final payment, full ownership of the delivered website and deliverables transfers to you, including your domain and content. We may present the work as a portfolio case study only with your written approval.
Cancellation
The monthly growth programme can be cancelled anytime with 30 days' notice — no minimum contract, no cancellation fee. For everything else, see our Refunds & Cancellation policy.
Liability
Our total liability for any engagement is capped at the fees you have paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
