Refunds & Cancellation
Before any money changes hands
Website sprints start with a homepage design direction that you approve before paying the deposit. If the direction isn't right, either side can walk away and you owe US$0. No payment is ever requested before a written scope is agreed.
Sprint deposits
- The 50% deposit starts your build slot and the 10-working-day clock.
- If we cancel your project or fail to deliver what the scope promises, you receive a full refund of amounts paid for undelivered work.
- If you cancel after the build has started, the deposit covers work completed to date; any amounts paid beyond work completed are refunded.
- The closing 50% is only due when you accept the finished site on staging.
Late delivery credit
If staging handover is late because of us, US$100 per full working day of delay is credited off your balance, up to US$500.
AI Workflow Audit
The US$500 audit fee is credited in full against any build sprint signed within 30 days. If we have to cancel your audit session and cannot offer a reschedule that works for you, the fee is refunded in full.
Monthly growth programme
Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice — no minimum contract, no cancellation fee. The current paid month runs to its end and no further charges are made.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are issued through Razorpay to your original payment method, normally within 7–10 business days. To request a refund, email srijan@treumalgotech.in with your payment reference.
